Care of your Items.
My art is pretty tough, but not indestructible, it is sealed but please no harsh chemicals, do not immerse in water, or hang in direct sunlight.
All bag tags & coasters are sealed (water resistant) and a wipe over with a damp cloth will keep them looking good. You can use leather conditioners on the other leather items.
What is your return policy?
Iris & Maie do not offer refunds or exchanges on change of mind purchases.
There is also no refund or exchange on sale items.
All purchases of sale items are final.
Custom Orders
Custom orders are very welcome, please contact us to discuss your order. Â
All custom orders require a 25% non-refundable deposit.
Packaging & Shipping
A lot of care & consideration has gone into creating your purchase and every effort will be made to ensure your purchase reaches you in the same condition it left us.
All items (unless otherwise specified) will be sent via Australia Post and a tracking number forwarded to you.
I currently don't ship overseas, but am happy to work out shipping costs for you - please message me and we can have a chat!
I repurpose packaging where possible so it may not look pretty but I am attempting to reduce what goes into landfill.
